I view the frame of supervision as a space in which to consider how we are impacted by, and in turn impact upon, our clients, others and the world more broadly. My supervision will largely be influenced by CAT, but I will also draw on other integrative psychotherapy models including sensorimotor psychotherapy and evolutionary approaches to provide a supportive frame for the work.
I am an accredited ACAT supervisor and have supervised clinical psychologists and counsellors both as a training supervisor and post qualification. I can offer supervision in small groups and individually.
I can also offer training and reflective practice for teams and groups of staff, where the supportive frame offers a space to notice and consider how we are impacted in our work or our teams, and in turn the kinds of patterns of responding and relating that might emerge. This can provide a space from which to improve and shape our working practice and relating within our teams.
Frequency of supervision is by arrangement and in line with ACAT requirements for CAT trainees and CAT practitioners.
I currently only offer online supervision. I normally work on Wednesdays but can do other times by arrangement.
